• Bonding and fastening. We offer debondable battery attachment, lens mounting, double-coated tapes (acrylic foam or conductive tapes, laminating adhesives, etc.), and optically clear adhesives, or OCAs, with optional clean room processing. These solutions achieve good bonding strength, even for low surface energy (LSE) material surfaces.
• Cushions and gaskets. • Mesh, filters, and vents. Our converting and zoned adhesive lamination services assist with the production of acoustic mesh gaskets for speakers and microphones, filter and vent covers that protect MEMS sensors, PTFE hydrophobic membrane vents that block debris and moisture while allowing airflow, and more.
• Overlays. You can customize your electronic products with precision overlay materials ranging from decals and labels to panel overlays. With the option for PSA backing and adhesive lamination, common overlay materials include durable plastics like PE, PET, and PVC, as well as glass and acrylic. • Specialized films and surface protection solutions. Converting is compatible with optically clear films, reflective and display enhancement films, surface protectant films and tapes, and die cut parts with multiple layers, pull tabs, and extended lines for simplified assembly.
